By accessing or using Lexis Flow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by GLV LLP, a company registered in Kazakhstan. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lexis Flow is an AI-powered vocabulary learning platform designed for language teachers and their students. This is a digital product (Software as a Service). Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the platform. No physical goods are shipped.

The Service includes:

  • AI-generated vocabulary and grammar flashcards
  • Spaced repetition learning system via Telegram bot
  • Student progress tracking for teachers
  • Gamification features including streaks, coins, and rewards
  • Web interface for card management

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful educational purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Not use the Service to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Lexis Flow offers a lifetime access plan for a one-time payment. By purchasing the Service:

  • You agree to pay the stated price at the time of purchase
  • Payment is processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor
  • Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Service, not the user
  • Prices are subject to change, but existing purchases are honored

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@lexisflow.com.

Refund requests made after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GLV LLP and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create using the Service (such as vocabulary cards) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLV LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Technical issues or server problems
  • Third-party service outages (Telegram, payment processors, etc.)
  • Force majeure events

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms of Service
  • Is harmful to other users or the Service
  • Is fraudulent or illegal

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
