We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of Lexis Flow. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
No questions asked. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:
- Send an email to support@lexisflow.com
- Include your purchase email address or order number
- Let us know you'd like a refund
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Refunds After 30 Days
Refund requests made after the 30-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may grant refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Extended service outages that significantly impacted your use
- Technical issues that we were unable to resolve
- Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your access to Lexis Flow will be revoked
- Any data associated with your account may be deleted
- You will receive a confirmation email
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent, including but not limited to:
- Multiple refund requests from the same person
- Requests made after extensive use of the Service
- Requests that violate our Terms of Service
