We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of Lexis Flow. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

No questions asked. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Send an email to support@lexisflow.com
  2. Include your purchase email address or order number
  3. Let us know you'd like a refund

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refunds After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the 30-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may grant refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages that significantly impacted your use
  • Technical issues that we were unable to resolve
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your access to Lexis Flow will be revoked
  • Any data associated with your account may be deleted
  • You will receive a confirmation email

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple refund requests from the same person
  • Requests made after extensive use of the Service
  • Requests that violate our Terms of Service
